If you could have 3 mentors on speed dial, who would they be? (The why is optional)

I'll start. At the moment:
*Oprah
*Gary V
*Marie Kondo

I have a mentor already. He changed my life. I'm thankful for that. And the positive changes in my personal life has contributed to the positive change in my behaviour on this forum.

Dr. Carl Sagan in his "Cosmos" serials was fabulous. Way ahead of its time and
was spell binding indeed. I always waited for him to take us on that
tour of outerspace on that "spaceship of the mind" That was incredible.

The reboot of that show was nowhere near as spellbinding
but is was okay.

Thanks for the reminder clu of a great man.

3 mentors huh?
Bruce Lee
god Osiris
Erwin Rommel. "for his strategising"

sorry, no one alive I can think of for mentors.

Never under estimate someone like Trump, while a very weird guy, he has been very success at manipulating people and business, while I do not like what he does you could learn allot and then use his methods for good.
And sometimes I had mentors and said I do not want to be like that but I can learn!
And in the end after a career of the worst bosses in history I became a great boss, or so I was told!
My point we can learn lessons from everyone.

donald trump??? Wtf
Everyone can learn something from a man who turned $1 million into a few billion

9/10 people will complain that he was given a million dollar loan from his father to start off but most people given the same million dollar loan would more than likely either lose it all or spend it all

Not only that, if you think business in Vancouver is tough, try business in New York. 10 times as competitive. People there would laugh at our "yoga, starbucks sipping, hippie cannabis, lululemon" culture. They are pure hustle like other major financial cities (Hong Kong, Shanghai etc.) Additionally, this guy has been bankrupt multiple times and came back stronger than ever, elected to Presidential office and makes ties to some of the most powerful people in the world. The results speak for themselves. Whether you agree with him or not, he's marching forward and a man like that knows how to get the job done instead of whining and complaining that people dislike him or talk negatively about him. He came from a well off family but was not given alot of connections, his father worked in low-income neighbourhoods as a successful builder.

Warren Buffett for long-term strategic thinking and planning

Trump for short term rapid-fire day to day business operations

Tony Robbins for emotional/psychological and inner consistency/motivation/discipline and maintaining great relationships with spouse/friends/partners and reminded of philanthropy
