This thread is created in contrast with the “What pissed you off this week?” thread. I’m not intending to knock that thread, because although I think positivity is a good thing, being positive all the time is unnatural and unrealistic. It’s ok to be grumpy sometimes, to vent and get the annoyances off our chests. We all have bad days, they’re part of life. But what’s important is after being grumpy for a bit, one should then focus on the good things and good people in our lives.

Somebody gave me the sweetest compliment a couple days ago “you are the only one who understands me”

Having a great Stanley Cup and NBA finals to watch.

Now if only Raptors and Blues can seal this off.

Finally got my Smith machine reassembled.
My basement flooded a year ago, had the floor redone two weeks ago.
Machine took an hour to dismantle. A lot harder to put together again.

I got CRA to admit they fined me for no good reason a few years ago. They repaid with interest. Took a while, but it's a matter of principle. Also, every extra thousand helps.

I upset a man on twitter and he responded by calling me a "cumbag"

Until yesterday I wasn't aware this word existed. I googled it and Urban Dictionary assisted with explaining to me exactly what it means. I'm throwing "cumbag" into my collection of naughty and offensive words to use in humiliation sessions. :thumb:

When insults get sent my way I take them and commodify them

The dirtier the better. The filthier the words are, the higher value they are to me $$$$$$ :D

Long haul flight arrived 3 minutes early and I had an aisle seat with nobody beside me.
I had the exact opposite happen that made me happy all week.......
I thought I had both seats beside me empty, and just before take off, a very tall blonde sat in the window seat next to me....and I thought that was good fortune.
At the last minute a slim yet busty Redhead, showing ample cleavage sat on my right.
Even the flight attendant gave me a smile ,with raised eyebrow for my situation.
The MILF Gods smiled upon me that day......it was a good long flight, with a very large alcohol bill for this Cowboy.

Easy question to answer. Seeing my all time favourite SP twice this week after her time away. Not realizing we'd gone past the clock catching up both times while just lying in bed still leaves me with a big smile on my face.
