As many sites do, Leolist uses a website Voluumtrk.com to track ad statistics. I have many layers of security on my machines and lately one of these programs has been blocking Voluumtrk as a malicious website whenever I click on a Service Providers ad.

Mind you, Voluumtrk.com is a legitimate website, however "Cyber criminals often use this site to track statistics (typically, relating to malicious ad campaigns) for their rogue businesses. To achieve this, developers employ various potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) that usually infiltrate systems without permission. Following infiltration, PUPs deliver various intrusive ads, gather sensitive information, and, potentially, misuse system resources."

"Potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) deliver intrusive advertisements (e.g., coupons, banners, etc.) Some of these ads (typically, pop-up types) redirect to voluumtrk.com. As mentioned above, this site is legitimate, however, continual unwanted redirects to voluumtrk.com indicate a potential computer infection. Most intrusive ads redirect to malicious websites. In addition, the ads may execute scripts that download and install malware. Therefore, even accidental clicks can result in high-risk computer infections. Potentially unwanted programs are also likely to collect user-system information. IP addresses, website URLs visited, search queries, keystrokes, geo-locations, and other recorded information typically includes personal details. PUP developers sell these details to third parties (potentially, cyber criminals) who misuse them to generate revenue. This behavior might lead to serious privacy issues. In addition, some PUPs misuse system resources to run other unnecessary processes (e.g., to mine cryptocurrencies) without users' consent. In doing so, PUPs reduce overall system performance. For these reasons, potentially unwanted programs must be eliminated immediately."

I mention this only to remind everyone to be diligent about making sure their virus and malware software is up to date and to schedule a regular scan.
