"Regulars" making demands to their ATF to drop other appointments for them

For privacy reasons (and since it doesn't matter) I won't mention the name of the SP that this happened with. I booked a session with one hour notice. I usually do transit and as I was almost there (5 mins away) she calls me to double check that I am still on to see her for the session, I said that I was literally 5 mins away and that I would see her soon. When I got there she hugged me right away and gave me a kiss, but it seemed almost forced, and there was a bizarre energy in the room... so I asked her if everything was fine, to which she was like, "Yup!" I wasn't convinced and felt something may have happened and if I was to continue this session I didn't want it to be on awkward terms, so I asked, "Did I do anything wrong, or is there anything you'd like to talk about?" and then she vented to me that there was another regular of her's hounding her to see her right then and there after I booked with her (that's why she called me to make sure I was still coming down) and this regular of her's was apparently outside of her condo offering to pay her extra and even offered to do an etransfer to show how serious he was (something she never does). Long story short, it made her uneasy and is saying that others have done it too where they are ordering her to drop clients who have already booked with her to take them on instead and some offer to pay her extra, while others are wanting to pay her in advancing via etransfer. I've had another SP mention something similar and am noticing SP's flaking out and not calling some clients back after flaking out or disappearing on them... was wondering if other members have heard this from other SP's or can other SP's chime in on their experience of this sort of thing (if any)? It would create a buzzkill to this hobby if we end up having to "bid" for sessions with SP's if this continues to become an acceptable pattern.

It does happen, it's not acceptable, and those clients get swiftly booted from my roster.

Elsi ain't got no time for clients who can't take a no, and who can't respect the schedule. Lookin' at you, every regular client who's ghosted because he thought we were chill and/or every client who thinks that he gets priority when he most certainly does not.

If there was a "union" for SP's you be right up there for ideal candidate of president.

I don't sense she's the union type. I could be wrong for the first time again.

You bet this shit happens and not just in :canada: or in this industry. In the US, this has happened to people I know and myself even as a regular because money talks. A guy offers to pay extra some may not pass it up. Some SP's believe in doing right by clients (bravo Elsi) and some don't. I appreciate SP's that I'd regularly see who has some decency on peoples time/schedule and effort to get there. Ive had more then one SP tell me they've been pressured to by an asshole to "fit" them in.

Sucks this happens but its a shitty reality of hobbying.

Years ago now, I called my favourite massage provider and asked for an appointment at a specific time. She told me she had another client booked, who was already driving in from somewhere out in the valley, but that she would cancel on him to get me in. I found that off-putting. I'm not interested in pushing my way to the front of the line in that way. I made a later date with her, but my opinion of her as a pro went down a notch.

I was visiting my ATF when the doorbell rang and rang and rang. Then the pounding on the door. Concerned it must be important, she apologised and went to answer the door. When she returned she was visibly distraught...it was a client she had seen only one time and he said he stopped by because she didnt return his texts but really wanted to see her while he was in the area! I was shocked that anyone would be so inconsiderate. Apparently it is not all that uncommon. The shit these ladies have to deal with:sorry:

I don't feel bad for the guy who gets screwed. But I do respect the SP less for not having integrity.
Who knows why this dickhead was hard to refuse, though? Maybe he was a sugar daddy, paying her a few thousand a month, who felt entitled to order her around (regardless of the details of their arrangement). If so, I hope she was in a position to break it off with the guy afterwards. But I've had bosses before who were such huge assholes that I wanted to chuck them off the nearest bridge; that didn't mean I quit immediately, though. Gotta eat and pay rent, and SPs have financial needs just like everybody else.

Or maybe the guy was scary, and he knows how to find her, so she felt scared to say no. Sadly I get why it would sometimes be harder for SPs to say no to fuckwads like that; sometimes they put up with shit they shouldn't have to put up with. I won't judge them for that.

True that.
Even with ladies we think we know fairly well...we only know a tiny segment of their real lives.
Guys presume too much.
