It is a little worrying when someone goes so far as not wanting to send Bitcoin. Your S/O shouldn't be able to trace that. Also deposits make me feel safe knowing that this person doesn't intend to hurt me because of the paper trail.
True, I actually find it beneficial when the law enforcement / CRA are able to trace the payments. It keeps us safe and honest. They don't have time or motive to check them, unless for investigating serious crimes.

I was replying to VM's suggestion that Bitcoin is completely discrete. There is a danger of the false sense of security here. I remember some men committed suicides after Ashley Madison customer data was leaked. However small the risks are, I believe in disclosing them, so the people can make their informed choices.

In practice, the biggest Bitcoin risk so far was from hackers/insiders on an exchange. Other than theft, it can expose the customer names / payment history to the world, but not who recipients were - unless on the same exchange. But if SPs are not careful to begin with, they may have published their Bitcoin addresses and let trace the payment from the leaked customer name to SP's ad. The exposure would be to the whole world, not just the law enforcement or S/O. Small risk, high impact.

My earlier post on why I dislike (not reject) Bitcoin:

Not that anonymous, high commissions, transactions slow sometimes, unstable exchange rate, taxable capital gains and losses that are a major pain to calculate correctly (and CRA will try to enforce), chances to lose your crypto if an exchange gets hacked or your digital wallet gets corrupted or the anonymous crypto developers decide so.

Too many annoyances for it to be a preferred method of payment, I think. But ok to use as an option if nothing else works.

Now that I can get behind. I am new to Bitcoin. I hate having to ask for Deposits. It certainly isn't perb members who I have to do this because of.
It is the sabotage I have been subject to. Someone (s) are trying to drive me out of this industry.

Personally, I do not think bitcoin underground currency. I have always been for the transparency of transactions (including with the state). This gives the best result and eliminates many problems in the future. That is why I preferred to use the features of e wallet. This tech application allows me to view and manage my bank accounts and crypto account. If I change a little crypto, it will immediately be reflected in my data. All honest. I would not refuse to have a bitcoin account in my bank directly and agree to wait another five years for this))

In my experience collecting deposits, many guys who are unable or unwilling to send Etransfer are usually open to sending Amazon Cards.
Sending a screenshot of the PIN from a physical card is pretty discreet.

Something to keep in mind. Amazon E-cards can sometimes take up to 4 hours to arrive. I've received most of mine within 2 hours.

I've never had an Etransfer take more than an hour.

I’ve occasionally had guys say they’ll send the deposit by Etransfer and give the password upon arrival. Nope! That’s not the way to pay a deposit. I only consider a deposit paid once it’s in my account. It’s fine to pay the remainder of the session balance and wait until arrival to give the password but I won’t bother getting ready and traveling to my workspace until the deposit clears.

An update and correction on my previous post on Amazon E cards ... sometimes they can take even longer than 4hrs.

2 of the most recent ones I’ve received took awhile. One was 16 hrs, the other took 22 hrs. This didn’t cause any issues for me, these sessions were booked days in advance.

I usually plan well in advance !

But, just to clarify Miss H., in case I'm in a Plan B situation with a new Lady who requires a Deposit on short notice .

Once You've got the PIN from the Amazon Gift Card, You still wouldn't be able to confirm the Deposit payment for up to 22 Hours, and have You ever been stiffed on one of these Situations ?

Cheers

PINs from physical Amazon gift cards can be loaded without delay.

The E-Cards that took almost a day to process were from guys with new amazon accounts and guys who made the payment from a different country.

If there’s a delay for whatever reason you can take a screenshot to show the SP that you paid.

I’ve never been stiffed by a deposit situation.
