Elizabeth asks for a deposit.

Question: Has anyone actually given a deposit? I usually tell SPs who ask for deposits they are not going to get clients and never seems to bother them.

Curious if anyone has lucked out.

I have seen this before and 99% of the time if they ask for a deposit it is a huge red flag. However, if she is a very reputable SP with lots of reviews to back it up, then you might make an exception. With reference to Elizabeth 3760, I don't see enough positive reviews to make me believe it is on the level/worth the risk. Just my two cents..

"Harper" at 2837 also asks for full etransfer. Then gets real mad when I didn't want to go that route.
