Do most apartment incalls make sure there is only one guy in there at a time?

I assume you speak of Micros when you suggest higher rate (volume) in calls?
Discretion is always a priority for the clients- can't speak for the providers. They most likely don't really care a whole hell of a lot as long as the intercom keeps buzzing.
I've run into other clients in the halls more times than I can count- and usually have a little fun with it, sometimes to the embarrassment of the other guy trying to remain completely incognito.
I've also heard some "action" from another room on occasion.
You typically know there's another guest by the shoes at the door. Most micros observe this shoe removal policy.
Like anything, you get what you pay for. Enjoying a quick bite at MacDonald's doesn't get you a reserved or private table.
If you are talking about independent ladies with shared in calls who advertise at the higher end rates? It is highly unlikely that you would pass anyone on the way in or out & be able to tell whether they were just another resident of the building or leaving the suite. All of the ladies I know value discretion enough to ensure that doesn't happen. As there is never more than one provider in a suite at a time, you would be more likely to hear outside city noise than other people having sexy time (unless the tenants next door are screamers...)
I think it is quite different between independents, micros and those who share an in call. I have my own in call, and keep low volume, with longer engagements. There is zero chance my friends would ever pass one another in the building, much less on my floor or at my place.
I believe that most of the independent ladies who share an in call or rent off of one lady adhere to a schedule as Erica and Miss Hunter mention, to ensure that discretion is maintained.
On the other hand, there are a lot of agencies that work out of condos. Many will market their ladies as being independent, or just as a group of girlfriends who are sharing a space. In those situations, the bottom line tends to be the most important consideration, and volume usually outweighs discretion. It isn't uncommon in those situations for 2 or more rooms to be utilized at the same time by different ladies and suitors. Essentially, if somebody wants an appointment, and there is a lady available, they will find a way to eke out the space to make it happen. In those situations, it is quite common to run into others in the hallway, or even in the apartment. Basically, the more ladies who have access to a unit at the same time, or with overlap, the more likely you are to encounter another friend.
For the most part, if you are communicating directly with the lady you are seeing, and she has her own phone number and website, your expectations for discretion will likely be met.

How about the Asian micros with waiting couch?
You get to hang out with other pooners while listening to girls servicing guys in the bedrooms.
When the door opens, you will see a guy (usually in red face) who just finished humping the girl then 2 min later you will hear a brosan calling the next guy from the waiting couch. :lol:

It is always awkward moment when you run into other pooners - or worse you go into the bedroom only to smell the last guy along with a bit of humidity lingering in the room.
Mind you I never had that problem with 1122 girls nor 4151 girls.
Probably the best stick with higher priced girls as they don't service 10+ guys a day.

I recently had a lady hand me some other guys shoes when she walked me out of a micro.
She looked confused when I shook my head and pointed to my shoes that were behind her.
The reception area at Great Pharaoh is the worst.
I have twice had guys come in the front door when I am half way through the introductions wit the ladies.
I've read a couple of threads over the years where dudes posted that their "quality" shoes were boosted, with the perp's shit pair left behind. And sometimes no shoes left at all.

This thread make me laugh due to what I have dealt with with regards to asian micros and more specifically Sugarland back when that awesome asian micro was operating.On 2 occasions I had to leave but there was another guy arriving...well actually he had knocked on the door.On the first time I just hid in a closet and after the gal took the guy to the bedroom she game back and let me out and we parted ways with a kiss as that guy was getting ready.The second time I looked out of the peep hole and holy shit it was a guy who I not only knew but was a regular guest in my own home for my monthly poker game.The gal did not want to open the door so I did and welcomed him in and shook his hand....I gave the gal a kiss goodbye and we both had a chuckle.....he knew that the gal would be showering herself and him before he got down to business as well that she did the same when I got there and when I left and he also knew I am not into anything like CIM......I saw him again 2 weeks later for the poker game and we both had a laugh over it.

when I worked at an agency incall, there was a front entrance and a back exit. If gents were coming in, there was a door between the front office area and the main lounge area, which was where the session rooms, main washroom and the back exit all were connected to. So, when a client came in, or left, we would always peek out of the session room before bringing the gent out and vice verse we would peek inside from the office area to make sure no one was in the main lounge area. Whenever gents did run into each other (usually in the front office area) it was never a big deal, I mean we're all there for one reason and who has any right to judge but ourselves..
Depends on who runs it. Chinese who service mostly Chinese born clients, generally both parties don't care if they meet people. It's not considered a big deal culture wise and they will happily line up.
