How do i post reviews? Wanted to share some experience to fellow perbs

Just curious what happened to Jose's Reviews ?

He seemed to do a nice Job, without pushing the Boundaries in any way ?

I wanted to take another look, but, it seems to have disappeared ?

He's not Banned, and I don't think He could have removed the Reviews on his own ?
