Long before I came on the scene as the moderator here, PERB as had a rule about BBFS, it's not to be discussed.
I can only speculate on why, to discourage promotion/discussion of those providers who do offer it, to prevent false and malicious claims that some providers offer it and others do not. Regardless, it's the rule and when I see it, or someone flags a post about it, it's deleted. Depending on the context, infractions or bans are issued, especially if the post itself is malicious, setting out to hurt someone's reputation without proof, or making unfounded claims about medical issues etc. Even those trying to be helpful and warn people about an ad that promotes BBFS are mostly just drawing attention to it and promoting it.
I want to hear what the group thinks and feels about this. I do not want names or examples, this is a theoretical/principle type discussion. Clearly, it's medically foolish to partake in bare back full service, the chances of STI transmission skyrocket, along with pregnancy, but even some may argue against that.
Play nice, I don't want to see name calling or anything silly, adult discussion of a serious topic is my intent. Also, I hope to publicize the fact to all, especially those who have never read the rules, that we don't allow BBFS discussions about providers in reviews. The frequency of these posts has been creeping up lately.
