On The Farm is the story of Vancouver's missing women and Willie Pickton.
I highly recommend the book (by Stevie Cameron. 800 pages).
Who knew the VPD Missing Persons department consistd of one man, who spent most of his time practising for the pipe band, and who was later charged and convicted of downloading child porn?
Who knew Pickton was found NOT guilty of first degree murder?
Who knew the judge didn't allow almost any information about Pickton's prior behaviour to be heard by the jury?
Who knew how incompetent and indifferent the VPD was towards drug addicts and prostitute?
Who kew he was only tried for 6 murders, and the rest were forgotten?
A great, disturbing book that will infuriate anyone with a sense of justice.
