I know it is common practice to obscure the face. But sometimes what scammers will put things like cat ears flowers or whatever. On the fake picture to try to fool tin eye and other picture search engines .
Is she trying to create confusion with giaebonyprincess, not only with the name Gia, but also by claiming to be the same age (33)? Some suckers might fall for it, or be too timid to walk away when they see she's not the Gia they expect to see.
