Yes I think outside of the Box

Something i have read here many times is how expensive an outcall location is for the SP in a large city.
So for a while now i have wondered why those unhappy with their job, or ready for a change of life, or whatever the reason maybe, don't provide an incall as their new work.
For example buy two condo units in a building. Live in one and rent the by the hour. Between calls run over and change out the sheets and towels, and take back to where you live to wash them.
Charge say $50 for an hour and for longer times $40 for each additional consecutive hour. Would seem like a win win for both sides. Lets use just 6 calls of 1 hour per day, is $300 times 30 days is $9,000 month.
    Just been wondering is all.
    Minimal work load.
And would even allow a side gig like computer work or such on the side.

If it's a Condo, and your not living in it the Strata may have something to say about it.
Then there is the insurance company, and they love to charge large for any excuse.....I know in my case they tried to make me get commercial insurance for my shop on my ranch, just because some of my employees might walk in there and hurt themselves. Turns out under that coverage I could manufacture anything I wanted, including pouring molten metal, have up too 12 people working for me, and run a Great Canadian Oil Change in another bay.
The reality is......I'm the only one that walks in there, and peeling fence rails with a draw knife, or changing hydraulic fluid in my tractor, isn't commercial, and doesn't warrant that kinda ridiculous coverage.
There is also the concern if you get caught supplying the brick and mortar, to operate a common cat house, the new laws we now have, and the financial income you have procured from that Condo.....never mind the financial strain you've put on yourself just buying it.

May be liable under C36 for making a profit off prostitution?
There is also the keeping a common bawdy house charge.
Either of these could result in forfeiture (which is really popular right now) and you lose everything.
There is also the possibility of a customer or the lady/ladies damaging the place, or attracting unwanted attention.

Finally, I actually did this a couple of times and it was a royal PITA. The women were never able to pay on time, or wanted to pay in trade. They never paid up front, I always had to chase them. How that is even possible when they are making 10x what I make? Like...wtf?

A lot of potential downsides overall.

Bawdy house is what I meant to say but couldn't spell it right........from the few emails I've received from using the term "cat house" I meant no offence
Thanks Westwoody......you said it better than I ever could've .

    All good points.
    I was just wondering.
Seems like the perfect job for someone semi-retired or a guy just tired of the rat race days as a hard working stiff.
Especially if real estate costs continue to rise.
In 10 or 15 years sell it off for a nice prorit.
But the insurance and bawdy house issues are for sure large concerns.
As could be the vandalism and lack of payment.

First off, i believe ladies feel more comfortable working around & along side other women, and your numbers are way off.
It takes time working through the kinks of caring for a place that's used as an incall. It's takes time, and patience to find a reliable trustworthy group of renters. It's work. It can stressful, frustrating, & emotionally draining, as much as it can be rewarding. It's not always a walk in the park - minimal work load.

I actually have been pondering to invest in an unit and then rent it out to a reputable agency / group of ladies.

Few issues though - and not just ability to collect. Such as:

-If I know what they did, does that put me and my assets at risk (when the LE comes a-knocking)
-If this does happen, am I officially "outed" and will I have to know the ladies' actual identities as well? (I rather not)
-Will it destroy my reputation/standing for the hobby, that is, everyone hates the landlord/boss/manager. Lol.
-Finally; would I be too tempted to accept service instead of cash which defeats the entire purpose of said investment (I mean, I could get some capital growth upon the sale of the property, but that's a whole 'nother can of worms that I won't open right now).

I can't help it;if anyone has ever been in consulting can attest, our brain never shuts off and we are always thinking about how to maximize efficiency. :S

So..... you might fuck them, then deny them in the same breath, to preserve your own reputation. Did I hear your correctly ? Just in case, shit hits the fan ? What about if shit hits the fan for them? Where will you be ? Fast tracked out the back door? I plead the 5th ?

There's reasons why theres a shortage of incall spaces and why they are in demand. It's not because others havnt tried this venture already, It's because the girls that end up working in situations like the one you outlined, all end up looking for another place to work. Somewhere where others actually care a little bit more about what happens to them in the long run.

I've heard of some real horror stories, and as much as you think you might fully understand what happens on our end of the scale, & that includes renting out a space, you really don't. If anyone here has dated an escort and listened to her stories and frustrations, you would know, that nothing is quite as easy as others may think it is..

Hmm. No I'm just saying as a landlord, it's probably weird to get services in lieu of payment - but I just doubt my own self-discipline... I am very new to this (about a month's time?). and I ponder out loud =/

As for "providing security" I am unsure how that'd all work out. I guess it'd be like any other job, one has to be diligent and careful - I am sure a lot of assault and unwanted what nots go unannounced to the law It must be super frustrating.

Never said I didn't care about humans or insinuated that people didn't deserve care?

I have had experience in renting/buying/leasing properties - but I know absolute 0 about the "industry" and I definitely don't claim to be an expert. I don't meant to start a flame war (if you know what that means), but the point I was making is that if people have heard that the "landlord" was on someone's case for rent, and I am assuming the network of SP's is small, it'd for sure make stuff awkward if I ever see them or their friends in the future (not to settle rent, but erm, as a regular booking on our own accords?).

Like I said, these are my musing and they're not quite super thought out. I appreciate the feedback but not quite the hostile tone..
If we can talk about our butts being licked or get fucked while being tied up, why can't we be a lil honest about being scared that we might mix business with pleasure and we can't draw the line somewhere clearly?? Does that make me a horrible human being for admitting this??

I'm sorry I don't mean to sound crass. Your idea, is great, and it could very much become exactly what you hoped for.

I'm not assuming your character in any way, I'm vaguely pointing out the questionables

You're right, there are a lot of holes and questions I got lol. I just didn't want to come across as a guy that "thinks he got everything figured out", cause I don't.

While some business analytics may be my core competencies, this business sure ain't. lol. Thanks for adding to the conversation though, . It's always interesting to hear it from the ladies' side.

As a landlord you wouldn't be responsible for security issues other than liability coverage.
I've worked security .......it takes a special person to execute the job, in any given situation, wether it's protecting dignitaries, or working a door at any establishment, were anyone can walk in, having a good or bad day.
As for sampling your tenants product, no matter how very fine it is.......everyone has different lines they will or will not cross.
I have plenty of Cowgirls, with heart shaped asses, and slim fit bodies that have worked for me over the years.
As their employer, and landlord , I try never to have intimate relations, unless I fire them beforehand.
It is a line I try not to cross.......well.....mostly anyways.

You are not thinking outside the box.
This is called a massage parlour.
    Or a hotel.

Only 2 legal ways to do this.

The 3rd way is just having a rental property and then some SP's time share it between themselves.
This is separate from the rental property business.

Its the old saying 'it is my place, and i can invite over anyone I want for personal time". Which is fine and police can not do anything if there are no suspicion. ....but as soon as someone there is a complaint or any trouble of any kind. ....you are investigated and classed as bawdy house, then all the laws come into effect. If you cooked food for people and charged them money in your apartment, you would be classed as an illegal restaurant.

Lol, basically this is running a business without heeding any legal regulations.

Yeah that was my dilemma too, I mean in my "regular" life I wouldn't dream to get food from the restaurant in lieu of their rent payment.

... But the ladies can erm, be so gosh darn fine lol. I guess that's a thing people will know when it happens? If nothing id prefer to keep different sides of business completely separate - but since indulging in this hobby I've been question my own principles a lot... (Don't judge me, or do. Whatever lol)
