So we are seriously considering and second incall location. Area's have come to mind and looking to pick everyone's brain for the area to go. Our first consideration for all the locations will be max of 10 min walk from a skytrain station. Since our current location is not transit friendly we want a second place that is and we can alternate who is at each location giving the public transit people the chance to see their sp of choice at a convenient location. A newer higher end condo is our thoughts also with parking and a easy entry system and no concierge lol.

Anyways would love to hear your suggestions. I left the poll multiple choice in case you can't make up your mind but prefer you make only one choice.

XOXOXO Riza and friends.

I think you are better off with Vancouver or New Westminister. If the RCMP is the municipality's police force, the municipality doesn't have the control that Vancouver or New Westminister have. The RCMP goes on moralistic hunts every once in a while.

I voted for Central Vancouver, for purely selfish reasons. If you had a place downtown, I might be able to occasionally use your services. But just because it would be convenient for me doesn't mean it would be the best place for your business. Rents are expensive downtown, so the closer you are to the center the higher the cost of doing business. That could mean pushing your rates up, which might decrease your business.

Since Surrey, Langley and even Delta are not on the poll, I exercise my right not to vote. You should've included another option "Other" in there.

Lots of girls work in the condos and apartments that are steps away from Gateway or K.G. Skytrain stations. I wouldn't mind paying your (growing number of ) girls a visit if you were in my neighborhood.

I think Burnaby would be the best, reason being that its the centre of GVRD. Most everyone has close access, instead of being at one extreme part or another.

Yes T8E, I guess I should have had a other category. Langley was never on my list of possibilities due to me having to drive back and forth once or more times per day. Surrey I am not familiar with at all and that was the main reason it didn't get a spot but I'm not totally against it. I have a friend that lives in Delta and he is constantly getting the windows replaced in his car after it has been broken into, maybe its just his area but it kinda turned me away from there also plus it doesn't have the transit access (skytrain) that is a must.

On a side note watching this poll is kinda like watching a horse race, kinda exciting lol...Oh, Burnaby just jumped out in the lead lol. Anyone have a condo for rent in Burnaby??? lmao

I'd vote for DT Vancouver if it were an option.

Regarding post #'s 2 & 3:

Vancouver LE have indicated by their words & actions they have no interest in disturbing consentual adult sex activities.

When has the RCMP in Vancouver ever gone against that? Or ever charged anyone in Vancouver for this type of activity?

I once saw a mounted policeman on a horse at Main & Hastings. I doubt he was planning on a John Wayne style hotel room arrest via horseback.

I vote Central Vancouver.. or Marine Gateway/South Van :)

My next choice is Burnaby. .
Mine too......location is a factor, but also ethnic mix in the neighbourhood (s). My part of the City you'd have little old ladies all over your ass sticking their noses into your business.

100% agree.

Look at the number of times they are reported parked in front of the Den as an example.

I'd say areas like Nanaimo St, Clark Dr, Main St all south of say 33rd might work depending upon how discrete the set up is.

It's futile going down to Yaletown unless you increase all the donations.

If in downtown Van not far from my place there I would go sometimes. Move out of the area and I would not bother.

@Riza

I'd say central Vancouver, but I'm partial to car sex in the parking lot of the Budget Patricia Hotel in the Downtown East Side drinking Caribou lager. #50ShadesofHatr**k

I don't think Riza was referring to Yaletown ..But I'll let her elaborate on what she meant by "Central Vancouver"

Besides the high rent costs of downtown ...I find fake booking attempts are .. how shall I say this... Much more organized & elaborate in the downtown area. I screen like a paranoid psychopath for my downtown bookings. At my Richmond location I find it's much easier for me to weed them out.

Well when I think of central Vancouver I think of Cambie and 41st ave spreading out in a 2 km circle. Again close to transit preferably skytrain/Canada Line is a must. DT/Yaletown was not on my list as per Miss Hunters comments and parking. I know there won't be the perfect location for everyone so am trying to decide what works best for me and clients. A couple girls did express interest in the New West option but its not looking good for that :(

And for Warl0ck............ahhhh......yes on the Lager and no on the car sex lol.

My vote is for New Westminster :clap2: 2 sky trains close by and smack in the middle of other major municipalities. Gooooooo New West :whoo: Burnaby would also be ideal if by Metro town. Sky train should always be an option because of weather, time of traffic or......if you simply don't feel like driving.

I always thought about seeing you however, the traffic in Richmond.....meh, no thanks. Just saying.

Have not province
Your former competitor had a model similar to yours, except her location was in West Vancouver. Both not transit friendly, both house incalls with multiple ladies available. There were days where the ladies had no customers for consecutive day. Most likely caused by lack of transit and the neighbourhood and distance to all other locations itself. That incall is gone now along with all the ladies there unfortunately (especially Miss Pink Sugar).

I don't know if you were active then, but there was a popular operation by Asian micro boss Maggie, where she was in partnership with investors and real estate agents to buy old houses in Vancouver, use them as incalls for 3-6 months before they were sold. All the incalls were 5 minutes within public transit on E. 41st, Kingsway, Victoria Drive, and Joyce-Collingwood, E.29th avenue, and Nanaimo skytrain stations. However, as the above posters have mentioned, you have to realize the clientele and competition of the neighbourhood you are moving into. This part of the city is Asian micro central buffeting Korea town in south Burnaby. There is however a very large Filipino population in Joyce-Collingwood, clustered around the St. Mary's Catholic Church down the street.

I have additional suggestions (E. King Edward and Main st., ) but interested in what others have to say first.

Agencies and indy's have had plenty of success around Joyce. This industry is certainly no stranger to that area. Another food for thought....I'll tell you what is expanding at a very rapid pace is......lougheed mall / Burquitlam area. Tonnes of traffic brewing there. Especially now with the birth of the evergreen line.

Also one thing to keep in mind. New West / Coquitlam ( lougheed mall ) area is much more affordable as you sway away from the city of Van.
