Hey Everyone! A really good CAF member was kind enough to reach out to me and tell me that someone was using my photos and name to scam people out of money in Ontario.
I thought I would post on Terb as she's in that area posting.
I am the real Playful Ella.
My website is as followed: Nope - you are not a paid advertiser here
You'll see that my real number is 519-***-9994 and that my location is Calgary.

The link is as followed for fake BP ad:
http://ontario.backpage.ca/FemaleEs...-sweet-stockings-toys-24h-party-girl/43790637

THIS IS NOT ME, NOT THE REAL ELLA.

I have made an amazing reputation and don't need some scum of the earth to steal my shit. Don't let this girl scam you out of money. Please be safe! I will be changing all my photos to have my real phone number so this stops happening.

Keep your eyes out!

Incase the ad gets removed as I have been flagging them all the phone number was: 905-617-0835

Thank you,
Ella (the real Ella)

I guess this is the first time posting here as I'm originally from Calgary and don't travel so I'll never really have to post here
BUT Hello :) and sorry we had to meet this way!

Google the number "905-617-0835" and multiple ads on multiple forums come up. Looks like she's been using your pictures for more than a month. There is also an email attached to one of the ads (3 or 4th hit in Google).

Hi Ella,

It's Fiddy. (Fiddy/Fiddy) Just ignore the Alabama Blaze thing.

I know you've worked tirelessly to build your reputation. You care a great deal about the community. It's shameful anyone would ever do anything like this to you.

It's very sad to hear anyone would try to ruin your reputation in this way. I doubt this is random. It might actually be someone from Calgary. File a complaint with vice and see if they can obtain the IP address from BP for the fake ad. I'll bet you someone from Alberta is behind posting the fake ad.

and in the future watermark all your photos. When someone issues them, send them a DMCA. And it's not random, it's targeted with the intent of destruction of the woman's business.

Ella,

You can also contact BP's customer support. They won't provide you with an IP address. BP will tell you the name of city the person who posted the ad is from.

You'll find her on Twitter, Fiddy. Probably a faster way to reach out to her.

I would rather avoid Twitter. At least PERB, has staff who can monitor the thread if anything goes awry. Twitter is not the best medium for stuff like this.

Judging from the use of the phone # alone, it "looks like" it is for someone who works in Ontario -

She even used your reviews in at least one of her ads.
It's still a good a idea to contact BP no matter what to find out the location of the poster. A lot of the scammers have partners in crime. An ad posted in Ontario might actually have been posted by someone in Montreal who's working with the scammer.

If you know the location of the person (better, have the IP address) of the person posting the fake ad's it makes it easier to report them to their local authorities if it becomes necessary.

Her contact information is here. http://playfulella594.wixsite.com/playfulella You could DM her in Twitter

@Fiddy -> She's Calgary based but uses a 519 phone number. That's a Southern Ontario area code so pooners may view it as normal to change her number given the proximity of the area codes. I looked this up and it IS technically illegal. It falls under section 402.2 of the Canadian Criminal Act as Identity Fraud. As sex worker and her advertising herself is legal, she could involve the police. Aside from identity theft the individual using her photo may be illegally marketing sex work. I'm not a lawyer though so don't quote me.

Happy Hunting.
