Seoul Pinky Reopen? Sandals survived the fire?

I called Seoul but I kept getting the busy signal and then the ring forever signal.

A whiff of a rumour said that they were reopening soon.

Has someone been there? Describe the ambience, for us monger connoisseurs, just like old times?

Did the cockroaches, shower (notice the singular), sandals, and double-sided dead bolt, survive smoking doorman's fire?

    Cheers!

    Is Seoul Open?

I have called a number of times and they always say "they are not open yet, call back in a couple of days".

Does anybody have any more info on the new location, or a new phone number?

    I phoned yesterday.

They're closed the next couple of days. They moved to Burnaby.

They did recently moved in to a new place in Bby........and guess what!!!!!.......the place had more than 1 bathroom! Unfortunately, they got busted.......by the landlord!

Now they're looking for a new pad.........

Not sure if Doc is referring to the 2nd move or not......

    Thanks Dave,

Wasn't aware of that! Was looking forward to trying on those comfortable slippers again too (just kidding).

Change of topic a bit. Went to Toh Far the other night. Below average experience. However, did find out that they're moving downtown to take over the Den by March.

If you decide to check them out, make sure you clip out the classified ad from Province to save $20.
