    DATY risks

Aren't they the same as bbbj risks?

Thanks for posting the link DQ Guy.

Also have a look at the information we put on our blog page.
    http://healthnurse.wordpress.com/faq...-sex/oral-sex/

One of the main difference between DATY and BBBJ is the chlamydia and gonorrhea risk. Both of these infections can pass easily with a BBBJ but it appears that it is difficult to pass these infections with DATY.

Another difference is what person is coming in contact with fluids that could possibly have infections in them. For a BBBJ the biggest risk would be to the woman (from semen) and with DATY this would be with the man (from vaginal fluids).

If you have anymore questions just let me know.

    Hi danvanman and bigthickone.

Glad that you found the information useful.

Unprotected DATY is a lot less riskier than unprotected anal/vaginal, but it is helpful for people to have the type of sex that feels comfortable for them.

Reducing risk is very important as well as combining this information with what risk feels ok for you.

I cant help myself - I love DATY on a beautiful woman.
I guess I'll have to get myself checked out every once in a while.

And there is nothing wrong with this.

Given that so many sexually transmitted infection do not show symptoms we recommend regular testing for anyone that is having sex.

Here is a link on what to get tested for.

    another Risk ?

I think my biggest risk when giving DATY to a Hot Sexy Woman is the risk of suffocation!
I enjoy it so much down there that it's sometimes hard to remember when to come up for air !!

Iím also wondering how it is that you can have some risk of std transmission with DATY, but not with a condom. I mean generally the condom covers about 80% of my length and tends to ride up. And I like to put it in all the way and grind myself into the woman Iím having sex with. So there is still lots of skin to skin and potential fluid contact genital to gential area. Is there still a risk of std transmission at this point?

And if you did pick up an std from daty, would this show up in you genital area or in your mouth?

I saw an SP a while back and went for a BBBJ. I didnít enjoy it as much as I though as I was a bit paranoid about the std issue. I had a shower afterwards and I cleaned myself off with and alcohol-based hand cleaner. I have no idea if this is effective but thought what the heck. BTW it stings when you get some on the tip and into you ureatha. Iím curious if this is effective in anyway? (I did go in for std testing just to be sure)

    Hi jon6491

Condoms offer great protection against infections that are in the fluid e.g. HIV, hepatitis B etc. Condoms offer some protection against skin to skin infections like syphilis, herpes and genital warts (HPV) because of what you have described (condom do not cover the whole body so skin to skin contact can take place). Condoms will reduce the risk to these skin to skin infections but there is still a chance they can be transmitted to you.

If you did pick up an infection from DATY it would show up in your mouth.

I have not been able to find any evidence that washing after sex reduces your risk to sexually transmitted infections (STI). It certainly wonít hurt to wash up after sex. Just be careful not to wash too much or use a product that irritates your skin. If your skin gets damaged from doing this it could increase your risk to STI next time you have sex.
