I just found this in a local bylaw regarding escorts
"Every person carrying on the business of or operating a social escort service shall:
maintain to the satisfaction of the License Inspector, a written record of every
request, to provide or furnish an escort or partner, giving the name and
address of the person requesting the service together with the name of the
escort or partner recommended and function to be attended;"

Is this what really happens????? I have yet to poon, but this is kinda scary?!!?

I think, generally, escorts licensing is specific to Outcalls. It would be impossible for an agency to send a girl to nowhere, so full name and address would be required and shouldn't be all that surprising lol.

As far as keeping a record, I would be surprised if they didn't, by law, be required to do so. This is a receiptless business, for the most part, and some sort of record-keeping would be required to prove it isn't a money-laundering operation, for one thing.
