How to control ejaculation?

My question is not how to delay it, but actually how to make it happen
earlier.

I've found that I constantly require a handjob to reach orgasm. Blowjob works sometimes, and intercourse rarely does the job. I find it frustrating that I could have sex for 40mins and totally exhausted and still not result (this may sound like bragging, but believe me it's not).

It seems that I require a lot of pressure to really feel anything. This may due to the fact that I had circumcision a few years back, but it was actually worse before I had the surgery.

In any case, I'm wondering if there's any technique to help me control ejaculation. Male porn stars for example have to ejaculate on cue, and I'm curious what exercise they do. Is there any muscle training that can help?

Hi natsuka

This is called delayed ejaculation (DE); it is far less common and more difficult to treat than rapid ejaculation.

Certain medications such as sedatives, antidepressants, amphetamines, alpha-adrenergic inhibitors or alcohol, can bring this problem on. Diabetics may also suffer from this because neurological damage has slowed the ejaculation mechanism.

As a first step I would recommend that you see your family doctor about a full check up. They will be able to review any medication that you are on.

Dr Patti Britton believes there are three major factors that relate to this concern.

Medical conditions: As mentioned above there are drug side effects.

The man’s intimacy issues: Failing to release ejaculate can be an indicator of distrust of a partner or the relationship.

His partner’s issues: Partners of DE men often try to take on responsibility for his problem, blaming themselves. In trying harder to make him reach orgasm, they may make the situation worse.

She recommends the medical check up as well as a visit to a sex counselor/ therapist.
