I am having a blast in Calgary! I can`t believe how different the industry is in Calgary. I wanted to thank all my awesome Calgaryian clients for our unbelievable sessions. I defiantly made some good memories here!

And for everyone calling me from Vancouver still, I will be back soon! I promise!

People in Calgary are much more friendlier and grounded than here....

Calgary may be cold on the "outside" but Vancouver is definately cold on the "inside".

Agreed. My clients here have been amazing. It is very dry and cold, but the people have defiantly made up for it! I remember living in Calgary as a kid, it hit -40!

Gee, from your description, I would have thought they were fond, positive memories.

They are "boldly challenging" the cold and dry, and warming and wetting her up!

I LOVE Vancouver people! I don't know why people down Vancouverites. Maybe the unfriendly people they refer to came from Calgary? ;)

I've lived in Alberta all my life - and Calgary for ten years - and I can't say I agree at all.

It's a case of the grass is always greener. I've lived in Vancouver all my life and can't wait to finish school so I can LEAVE. 9 months of pissing rain drives me insane, it's no wonder so many people here are irritable and frigid.

Before Seattle I lived in NYC and let me tell ya, I'll take a NYC winter over Seattle's gray and rain everytime. I never once in NYC said to myself " what the hell I am doing here its fucking no sun for months".

Try 35 C and 90% humidity in Montreal or Toronto in the summer or -25 C and lots of snow and wind in the winter and then see if you feel the same way.

Rain - you don't have to shovel it! :)

That's why I said it's a case of 'grass is always greener'. Personally I can handle warm temperate... my lifestyle would be much better suited for a place like Sao Paulo where it's 35C in the summer, 25C in the winter :) One day... one day... ;) Uma dia, uma dia... ;)

I'll get you to answer the same question at the end of November after 21 days of rain and/or gray skies. It may be mild... but it's still down right depressing when you think about it.

And in Toronto, Brazil is only 9.5 hours away... and Miami is only 3 :)
