Just to clarify something, escorts are not actually technically the "employees" of agencies, in fact it is closer to being the other way around, we hire them to represent us, we pay them, we are not legally considered employees, etc. However I guess it is kind of a grey area because you can still get fired from an escort agency, although perhaps not as easily as some clients might hope
(I got this impression from some other recent threads). I guess you could say the agency "decides to no longer represent" the sp, rather than "fire" her if you want to get technical.
In general an agency can't force all the individual escorts they represent to give excellent service all of the time, & can't really have a "customer is always right no matter what" policy like some other businesses, nor are they going to fire everyone who gets a bad review, all they can do is have a general code of conduct & choose only to represent those ladies that seem to abide by it.
I hope that more guys would see that it is each lady's responsibility for her quality of service & not always something the agency has a lot of control over, nor does a bad time with one lady mean that all the other sps at that agency are the same or that no one should visit that agency because you will be guaranteed bad service. It is often more about what sp you see than what agency she works with, which is why Perb is so useful. However, of course most good agencies will try to do something for a client who has a truly bad time with a lady, whether it is simply talking to her about her level of service, or in exteme cases (for example where the client obviously did not get what he paid for) doing something such as giving the client a discount.
