Me and my lady will be celebrating one year together this weekend and I want to make it as special and memorable as possible. It's a great relationship going strong. My question is, do any of my sisters and brothers out there remember an extra special anniversary they've celebrated - perhaps a special restaurant, a cool gift or going somewhere different. I was thinking about a picnic on top of a mountain or a super classy restaurant. Also, what do women remember forever when it comes to the gift department....HELP

Excellent suggestions, Cadman. We originally met at a fairly nice restaurant so I was thinking that we may start the evening there for dinner. As for earrings, I will look into that - years ago, I gave diamond earrings to a girlfriend and that paid HUGE dividends. Thanks guys

My thoughts

Hire a hooker to join you for the night. Nothing says "I Love You." like a threesome.

Love it!! Classic

Honey, I love you, and you've made it abundantly clear in the last year that taking care of my hummer lust is not on your top 10,000 things to do. Because I love you so much, I've hired a pro to come in and take care of that duty for you. Consider it like a housekeeper. She's on contract and will come in once a week. I love you too.

PS - In order to afford it, I had to fire the actual housekeeper so if you wouldn't mind doing some dusting while I'm upstairs....

Just take her out to a nice restaurant with a view of the city, tell her how beautiful she is, how she lights up your life, then go back to your place and pump her in the bunghole for the first time!!!:D ;) :D

Learn how to light off a fireworks show without killing yourself lol

she will remember it forever;)

no seriously...the perfect gift is just showing her you pay attention to what she likes...

put a lot of effort into creating a special night including little inside jokes the two of you share...

Its hard to give you advice because we are strangers to your relationship...and each relationship includes different important symbols of love.

I know jewlery and fine dining are great to add to your celebration...

However...
I believe sentimental value is priceless....

I think you should save the jewlery for the day after you have a misunderstanding ;)

I wish you and your lady all the best, I hope the memories you create will bring you happy tears one day looking back on your progress as a couple!

Let us know how it went ! I hope you earn the best sex of your life;)

xoxo

Get a cheap motel room, go pick up an 8 ball of crack and a low track ho. When you're done all of the aboive slap her around a little then GHB her and pimp her ass out for $5 a lay.

(that was a joke incase some of you are too dense)

Thanks for the advice .... so far

Thanks for the advice above - even the wisecracks which couldn't help but bring a smile to my face. Thanks especially to Danika - I'll definitely let you guys know how the evening goes. Our evening is this weekend and then I'm off on holidays so give me a week to get back to you on the big event.

At this point, I'm planning on going to a great restaurant downtown, followed by a night at one of the better hotels. I've also written a poem about our time together and how much I love her which I'm going to give her along with a red rose. The poem has been the hardest part given that I'm definitely no poet and insightful words and expressions don't spring forth easily. Feels like our first date all over again. Gotta go now, take one of my nasty pills and get ready for a day at the office !

Don't give her the poem, bro! That's just too big a risk, especially if you're not a poet!
