Okay, this is my first post and it is a question (I join this board today).

I was with a girl last weekend and during the act, she started bleeding from her vagina:eek: Has something like this ever happen to any of you?? (I mean to your girl). If a doctor or nurse on board please help me to learn as what can cause this? I am not worried about myself (I was wearing cover and I don't think that I was exposed to the blood), but I am worried about the girl. Hopefully it is not anything serious (cancer).

She said that she is getting injection and because of that she hasn't had period in two years!! and me, I am an average size (not too big to cause any bleeding for sure) and I was very gentle with her too. She says this was the first time something like this happened to her. She is 21 years old and appearred to be in good health (she had no signs of any STD or SID).

I understand that we have a Health Nurse on board here so I appreciate nurse's input as well as anyone else who feels he or she can contribute.

In advance, I thank your for your help and advice on this.

With regards.

Hi secret admirer

It is difficult to diagnose conditions over the internet but we can give some suggestions.

It sounds like she is taking Depo-Provera (depo) for birth control. Here is a link for more information.

http://www.sexualityandu.ca/adults/contraception-2-3.aspx

It is common for woman on depo to stop having periods, by one year 50% of woman will stop having their period. Some woman can get spotting or break thru bleeding even if they have been on depo for a long time, but this is more common when they first start taking depo.

It is also possible for infections like chlamydia to have symptoms of irregular bleeding.

I think it is unlikely that the bleeding was caused by physical trauma as she would probably be able to tell you if it was painful.

In summary the most likely cause is probably her birth control but we would advice that she visits her family doctor for a check up. If the bleeding continues and it is caused by her birth control there is a number of things the doctor can try. The health care provider would also be able to check for sexually transmitted infections to make sure they are not causing the bleeding.

Most sexually transmitted infections do not show symptoms so we always recommend testing. Here is a link about this.

Hopefully lesson learned: always quote whoever you are talking about, in case they get banned & all their stuff gets deleted lol. Had this happen to me in a thread or two, kind of end up looking very odd.
I deleted my post because of the possible explanation. Yes always good idea to quote the thread under question/objection since as it stands now, the two posts are referring to my innocent post asking a health related question!!.
