I've been pooning for quite a few years now, am I must say that I am VERY disappointed with the service from EC. I booked an appointment last Friday for Kimberley and she was a no show. EC never warned me about it even though they had my phone number and email.
I had to email them the day before wondering where the meeting location was for them to tell me that she cancelled. Even then no apologies were given. Only for them to try to market Rachel down my throat.
I see that West/Stephen (Indy Secrets) is getting some slack in the Calgary review area, however, he has been really prompt at getting back to me if something cancels or if something comes up.

IMO this is terrible service and unless they were offering their service for 50% off the competition. I will never again book from them.
