hi,
i am jenny from london england i'am 19 years old and looking for work as a escort. this would be the first time, i can't work fulltime as i have a full class load at ubc (3days per week). what i am looking for is tips from other escorts working in the business, and a good company/agency to work with.

my visa is for school and work, i and assuming that escorting is the same as england, with regards to being legal as a form of work.

i don't have a telephone as of yet:eek: , thus i require email / PM replies.

thanking everyone in advance.

Jenny ps. looing for a 1br flat or share a flat 1 to 3 year term 700pounds max +/- 1400:eek: canadian

A room mate may be good alternative

In this section, there is a posting from someone looking to find someone to share an incall location in the Kitsilano area:
https://perb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=74750

The reply from Madeline is what you should be looking at. She`s a very well reviewed and respected indepent SP who is a great person as well. You might be very well served to partner up with her as a roommate and she`ll be able to help you in so many different ways. Personally I think it`s a win-win situation regardless of what type of work you end up doing; whether it be an agency, MP, or independent SP (partnered or not), because you need to learn about the city and the business here. Besides building trust and a finding friendship is key to your success for both short and long term goals.

Hope this suggestion helps.

I recommend a good agency to start for learning about the biz. Once you get your feet wet, work as an indy. As for finding a flat, you should have no problems finding something in your price range. You will find most of them spacious compared to what you're used to from London.

hello
just why would i be paying? i am not running ad's as a escort /sp nor am i giving my number to anyone, i have only been asking where is a good place to work (escort agency) and any general info on finding a flat/apartment to live in. i have also asked that other escorts/sp contact me with any tips they may ant to share. if you read my replies to any man who has replied, i always say i am not working for myself. i am looking for a job at a escort agency ... do i really need to pay for that? i do see the point in contacting this mark just to ask general questions.
when i get a job i think the agencies pay for adverts. i am in fact talking with 2 agencies that have ad's running on your site.

Not sure what the message from the mod was, but it was probably something to the effect that you cannot advertise on this board without paying. Personally, I didn't construe your message to be advertising, but it tends to be a touchy subject here because a lot of ladies try to post things that are not outright advertising, but a form of self promotion without paying.

Did the mod say that you've violated any rules, or was it just a precursory warning lest you start advertising services without paying?

She had a thread in the 411 about this and a few of us asked her to pm us when she found an agency. That thread has vanished...so I guess her message from the mods has something to do with that.

just one question...

What's with the double posting for every reply??

While it's understandable that you may not have realized or intended that your request for information would be considered a form of unpaid advertising, Jodie's explanation is pretty much the bottom line. If you don't intend on working on your own, then no, you should not pay to advertise. It may be frustrating to have BcMod tell you not to keep this topic going but there isn't much of a need for it as one SP has offered to help you with any specific questions and you now can certainly contact her or other SP's via PM. I do think getting your feet wet (among other things!:p) working for an agency first is the safest and best way to get a feel for it. Until you are more comfortable, confident and sure about working on your own, it's great to have the agency you choose to work for, take care of all the other stuff like booking, advertising, providing a location to work at. It leaves more time to focus on the actual SPing part of it...;) My 2 cents.

Welcome :)
Feel free to contact me if Jodie's busy or away or something! :p

re double posting for every reply.

i did not mean to do that! really i have not taken much time to understand how everything on this site works, e.g. how to reply via PM how the threads work, there were some issues when i first started using the site i could not receive messages because the PM was disabled, ect ect.
anyway i really did not mean to double post/reply. thanks for your offer to ask you questions as well. as for the issue of advertising its a dead issue. i just had a problem with a man asking me to contact another man about paying for something that i beleaved was free, that all. so please forgive me for over posting/replying.

Advertising

as you are new to town I suggest you advertise as independant an Craigslist.org all the other girls do the same... you can upload photos and make detailed info about your services and rates etc... Anyhow, now I am curious as to what you look like and services provided as I might want to add 8 inches to your body sometime... xoxoxoxo :D

thanks for the advice! i am going to be working with a escort agency! thus i will not need to do my own adverts:) as for your 8" many say they have it, but only a few can prove it. and giving it to me one inch at a time is really not the same thing.:D
