Lately I have found myself eating cold cereal for breakfast.
Sometimes just a bunch of toast.
I do have eggs once and a while.
Just kind of curious to know what other people eat first thing in the morning.

Yogurt, cereal or bagel, banana, and coffee during the weekdays.
Eggs, sausage, toast and jam, OJ and coffee on weekends.

For me it varies.

Sometimes I'll have a mixture of fruit only ---- other times I'll have the healthy type cereal and skim milk ----then other times I'll have Eggs only with multigrain bread ....egg white only at times.

Coffee every morning.

Calgs
OJ (the real stuff, not tang or sunnyD - bleck)
Mix whole oatmeal and quick oats with water - nuke - w/raisins + brn sugar or maple syrup to taste ie. LOTS..!
Maybe some berries in the mush
Yummy Milk to cool off the mush
Yogurt - probiotics - like little nano-bots working in you...

Eat this and you won't snack until lunch... It's a slow burn, you can do anything... think, run, whatever it takes for success.
Your body will be God-like, just like mine...
You will be smart and become rich, just like me...
You can fuck for hours, just like I can...

It's waaaay cheaper than cold cereals - not in those little quaker packages though - get the bulk oats, organic, whatever. Pre mix it so you can save time in the morning.

Never used to eat breakfast.. not early, anyway. Until...

Last summer, got hooked (I mean HOOKED) on Booster Juice's High Impact Smoothie.
(with a Go-Girl booster - calcium for my bones & teeth :D hehe ).

Had 1 (ok, have to be honnest... sometimes 2  ) a day on my way to work until........until........ (ok, deep breath.. I can do this:( ) until the most horrible thing happened and I showed up to find the one on Davie had closed.

CLOSED DOWN!!??

For good...without notice. I felt betrayed! (Seriously, I almost cried when I frantically called a friend to tell him what had just happened:p )I searched everywhere in Vancouver for a comparable smoothie experience.. but there is nothing NOTHING that compares to Booster Juice. UGH.

I did recently find one on commercial..but not exactly on my way to anywhere so it's now a once-in-a-while treat...so sad - oh, and there is one at the Edmonton airport...and downtown montreal... and Calgary too. I make sure to find them wherever I do.. lol.. you never know when you might need one quick or in case of emergency! hehe

Now I have cold cereal. Not the same. Not even close. Even with chopped up banana in it. Sometimes vanilla yogurt & granola..and yes, chopped up banana. That's a little closer to Booster Juice goodness...but still not the real deal. Not anywhere near. *sigh*

The real deal/Ultimate Bijou breakfast:
High Impact A&ccedilai, whey protein, skim milk, raspberries and cranberries.

French toast or cereal and a small cup of tea.

Somedays I miss breakfast since i'm in such a rush and this must happen to some of you as well.

Captain Crunch!

I start off the day with Captain Crunch and some chocolate milk, tea, and cookies to get me going. For lunch, either KFC, Burger King, Wendys or McDs...Dinner I need to eat something light, so take out Chinese or 222 Pizza is in order.

Near the entrance in the Bentall Mall, I'm sure it is a bit closer than commercial.
