I just spent 30 bucks on a haircut!! 25 bucks plus 5 tip. I usually just go to those Vietnamese places in South Seattle for 8 bucks plus 5 tip but this time I decided you get what you pay for with haircuts. Its so hard to find someone who knows how to cut a man's hair and get it with a foundation to grow out. Too many just clipper you to death and you got to start over.

Anyway 30 bucks a month for me.

I got sick of trying to find a good barber, waiting in line, etc.

So for years now it's either a very close shave of the head or I just let it grow and I turn into a hairy freak. So $0 for me. Just think I can have a free poon session each year instead of spending it on haircuts. Not sure an SP wants to see a hairy freak though.

I'm with you on this one slacker....I spent $29.99 at Wal-Mart or some such lovely retailer 4 years ago....it's just been a progression of moving from trimmer setting 3....to 2....to 1...to finally now having chucked the plastic trimmer guard thingy and buzzing direct.

I was never so good looking with hair...so not having any is not exactly the big change.

I pay whatever Great Clips is charging at the time (usually $12+2 tip), every 5 weeks or so.
I always try to use the same stylist everytime, saves having to worry about consistancy, and my current regular (1 1/2years, since they always end up moving on eventually) is actually pretty hot, with a sexy Eastern European accent.;) .
It was funny, once I had her cut my hair just before I was on my way to see one of my regular SP's. I could have seen myself doing the stylist just as easily. (Just a fantasy of mine).:D

I know the on you are talking about. They are one of the few places who still do straight razor, most newer barbers aren't allowed to do this anymore as it is easy to nic someone and expose blood. Only the old school barbers have been "grand-fathered".

I on the other hand spend 150 plus tip every 6-8weeks. I have to get my foils touched up, a cut and then I get it flat-ironed.

Up your V
I just do it myself, plug in clippers and with/without use guard or get the prison look.

If you want to save money go to a training hair school .It's regulated by the province so it's minimum price and up to you if you want to tip.
Just be patience as shit happens and the student needs a instructor to check on their work before you can leave. The hair cut is marks for the student.

Some of you guys and gals tip next to nothing. Yet will blow .4 .6 or whatever on SP, please hairdressers work hard at least 4 bucks!!

I never tip below 4 bucks even when the haircut was 8 bucks at those Vietnamese shops.
