Dear HN,
Thanks for taking the time to post here and answer all of our questions.
Just a quick question. On Sunday i got together with a new partner and on Tuesday i woke up with pain in my testicles. So of course i made an appointment to see my Dr. and they couldn't see me until the next morning. So i went in the next morning and the Dr says that it looks like Epididymitis since my testicles were kind of warm and swollen. Although no discharge. She said it most likely wasn't gonorrhea or chlamydia but she would take a urine sample just in case and send it off to the lab. She prescribed Doxycycline for me for 10 days and told me the lab would get back to me today. Today she called me and told me that my tests in the lab came back negetive. Does this mean i can have sex without infecting my partner if i use protection? What are the risks involved? I dont want to be spreading the bacteria infection that most likely caused this even though she says the lab results came back negetive.
Thanks
