Regarding various supplements such as horny goat weed, maca and L-arginine. I just wanted to say that I`ve been using a combination of the 3 and have found that they do indeed work. In fact, in one instance someone I`ve been seeing regularly for years was able to do the HJ finish for the first time.

I`ve been taking 3.6 grams of L-arginine daily on an empty stomach. This is a precursor to Nitric Oxide which is an important signalling molecule for getting wood. Before a session I will take more (between 6 and 10 grams). Taking a lot periodically doesn`t seem to have side effects for me.

Horny goat weed has been used in oriental medecine as a libido enhancer for both men and women. I haven`t seen any research on the net about how it really works. Taking the liquid form was recommended by another perbite. I was able to find a supplement with the extract in powdered form but no liquid. I`ve been taking 250 mg per day with food and about 500-600mg about 90 min prior to any activity. Once again no noticeable side effects for me at these dosage levels.

Maca was also recommended and I was able to find a liquid form. Its also in the HGW supplement mentioned above. Dosage levels similar. For the last (and most obviously successful session to date) I just had a couple of swigs of the liquid (probably 2-3 teaspoons - they were recommending 5 per day but I`m already getting a fair amount).

Note this is all pretty unscientific and subjective but its pretty clear that something was working better.
