I quickly edited my post to say: "Betting prop from CRIS Sportsbook".
Not sure if you caught that.

The numbers indicate betting odds, e.g. -200 means wager 200 to
profit 100. And +160 indicates a wager of 100 gets you 160 more
should it win.

From what i've read it will be the people/public voting as distinct from
just government types. I assume the choice on the ballot will be yes/no,
i.e. for or against.

i don't know "CRIS Sportsbook", and consider myself fairly ignorant when it comes to certain sports and gambling.
I'm all for legalizing pot, it probably is less hazardous than having a cigarette or second hand smoke..

It's amazing what can be bet on online...anything from hot dog
eating contest winners to man landing on Mars by 2010.

I've heard that 2nd hand cig smoke is worse than smoking itself.
Not sure if that's true or how it compares to other smoke like
that from pot, crack, etc. But i am leery of hanging around in
smoke filled rooms or chain smokers since hearing it.
