Dear Health Nurse,

Can one catch anything by just licking or sucking on a woman's breast and nipples.

Hi Gentleman

I have not heard of an infection that can be spread that way. Also in my clinical practice I have not seen this.

One exception to this is HIV if the lady is breast feeding. Breast milk contains the HIV virus and it is theoretically possible if you had a small amount of breast milk in your mouth that you could become infected. We believe that the risk of this happening to an adult would be very small unless you have a fetish for breast milk and are consuming large quantities.

Please feel free to comment or ask us to expand on a topic. Remember if you would like to ask me a personal question just send me a PM.

HPV virus

Hello health nurse,

I have read a number of writeups on the HPV virus and the question of whether it can be transmitted to someone's genital area through a handjob. The answers I have read ranges from "no" to "possible theoretically". I like to know how long can a genital type of the HPV virus survive on someone's hand and then be transmitted to another person's genital area. Do the genital type of HPV virus not need a certain environment to survive otherwise it dies off very quickly. In other words, can a genital type HPV virus actually survive on someone's hand long enough to be transmitted to that person's genital area. Thank you.
