Health Nurse, what are your comments with regards to this post?

well, for starters...she rimmed me, and BBBJ ME with CIM. so, all was from me. i was also her first client..so WOW.

then, after the session, she uses mouthwash so much that her mouth gets cleaned for sure.

the only consolation is that no sex took place. anything oral usually is very low risk, as per the info in this board, and my experience.

but of course, the biggest risk is always vaginal penetration.

enjoy guys!!!...

Hi Fuzzyknuckles

A man who is receiving a BBBJ has a very low risk for HIV infection. The infections that are easily spread by BBBJ are gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes and we believe chlamydia.

A person who is giving a BBBJ has a higher chance of contracting HIV, but the risk is much lower than unprotected vaginal or unprotected anal sex. CIM would increase this risk.

There is no evidence that rinsing the mouth will prevent the transmission of STI. It is recommend because it could reduce the time that infectious fluids are in your mouth. Both mouthwash and water have been recommended for rinsing.

Here is a link to the thread in regard to mouth wash.

Regarding risks related to vaginal sex: Everyone has a different level of risk tolerance.

For example, you are having protected vaginal intercourse and you pick up pubic lice (crabs). Crabs do not cause any long term health problems and are easy to get rid of. So if you are single and were infected, it is probably not going to have a large impact on your life. On the other hand if you have a steady partner, and you pass the crabs to them, there could be negative consequences.

I bring this up because sometimes a negative social consequence can have far greater implications than the physical health concerns.

IMHO I always prefer shaved ladies. I presume that reduces the chances of getting crabs? Clean linen is also a good idea and seeing low traffic ladies!

If a man receives a cbj and does not dfk, lfk, or daty, what are the chances of getting an std? As I see it the only fluid around would be saliva on the condom. Health Nurse?

Hi Crash

It is difficult to work out a person’s individual risk as there are so many different factors that need to be considered.

With the scenario you have described I would say that this is probably one of the safest ways to have sex.

As you pointed out the only bodily fluid you are at risk from is the saliva getting on the base of your penis. If the skin is not broken I can not imagine this being more of a risk than if someone licked your arm or chest and I have not heard of any sexually transmitted infections passing this way.

Does this answer your question?

Hi sajrcc

I will go through each infection individually.

Gonorrhea:

During sexual contact this can infect the penis, throat, anus or vagina. Signs and symptoms show up around 2-7 days. It is very unusual that a man does not have symptoms in his penis, which would be discharge and painful urination. It is more common that infections in the throat, vagina and anus would show no symptoms.

Syphilis:

You would show the symptoms for primary syphilis after 9-90 days after sexual contact. It is typically a sore the size of a 10cent piece with hard edges. We are finding that in most cases of syphilis in the lower mainland that people are not getting symptoms. This means you need a blood test to find out if you have syphilis, most people’s blood test would show positive in 6 weeks and everyone in 3 months.

Herpes:

Typically you would show symptoms to herpes 2-12 days after sexual contact. It is common for people to not show symptoms when first infected with herpes, but for the first outbreak to occur at a later date. This is called a Non-Primary Initial Infection. There are also a percentage of people who get mild outbreaks and do not recognize it as herpes.

More on herpes:

Chlamydia:

Symptoms to chlamydia show up 2-6 weeks after infection. The problem is that most men and woman do not get symptoms to this. Men could experience painful urination and a sensation that has been described as an itch in their pee tube (urethra).

More on chlamydia:

As you can see the most common symptom is that you feel perfectly fine. This is why we recommend regular testing as we have tests available that can easily detect gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. These three infections are all treatable.
