Finally figured out the difference between ejaculation and orgasm, that is, being able to put it to practice. I'll spare you the graphic details unless there is interest in this discussion.

orgasims can be without spitting !!! They are a whole body experience usually related to Tantra practices. Breathing and focusing will give you more of a Full experience.... it tends to help men who are quick to go ... but is benifical for all people.

Congradulations Mr.Bush
Uh thanks... didn't even have that trendy word "Tantra" anywhere near what I was doing/thinking. And this "orgasm without spitting" business is female-oriented, again not what I was doing. But thanks for the congratulations from a female, for what it's worth. It would be like me congratulating you and giving you advice on your g-spot.

I find it hard to explain clearly since I am so new to it, but I thought I would like to share it with fellow pooners. I was always frustrated that I was usually a one-shot-on-goal guy who would basically turn over and fall asleep after. Then I was doing a lot of reading on the matter and experimenting with different SPs during my sessions. As most guys know, during sex there is a point where the ejaculate is poised to come out and you can feel it basically at the base of your scrotum. In trying to prolong the period between feelings of ejaculation and actual ejaculation, the penis head fully expands and the fluid travels its length. If you focus on it and apply a steady rhythm, you can slow the movement of the fluid as it travels the length of the penis. Now that only controls the ejaculation, and at times I've been able to allow the ejaculation to go through but stop it part of the way, in much the same way as being able to stop urinating. The 2nd part of the puzzle is preventing that exhausted feeling after ejaculation. I found that the feeling stems from an actual orgasm. I think that in general, men are single-orgasmic (as opposed to women who can have multiple orgasms). I also found that it is orgasm that prevents the penis from becoming hard again, not ejaculation - so you can ejaculate and still remain hard for more. Also, orgasm and ejaculation do not have to be tied together. This means you can ejaculate and not have an orgasm, but to have an orgasm you usually need to ejaculate (even if there is no fluid left - ie: muscles go through their usual spasms anyway). The orgasm can result from a mind-body connection. My own experience is that when the mind says "completely let go" at the point of ejaculation, orgasm is experienced while ejaculation occurs, and the usual flacidity returns to the penis as well as exhaustion to the body.

My one and only success in knowingly practicing this occurred in a session with a SP/GF. The result was ejaculating on her breasts, staying hard, having more intercourse, then ejaculating in her mouth, staying hard, then having more intercourse, then having an orgasm in her pussy. I would have had a 2nd success at an MP but the SP saw that I ejaculated and prevented me from going further even though I was still fully erect (she said "you came already that's it, or you have to pay again" - I was not happy with that). I wish all my sessions could be like the first one, but more often than not, my performance is below an acceptable standard and disappointing to me.

Now all this may seem obvious and stupid to you the reader, but for a guy as desensitized to my own body functions as I am, it was a revolution.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on the matter. If you have something to contribute, I would likely find it worthwhile.

In a nice wet pussy!
There is nothing fundamentally inaccurate with what you have found, but I'm sure it is subjective. I became aware of the same phenomena in my early twenties when I began experimenting with ejaculation, as opposed to just the wham-bam-thank-you-mam, rush to the next cashier line approach, that sexual neophytes are accustomed to.

As for the roll-over-and-fall-asleep reflex, I am different. I actually get an invigorating rush of energy from ejaculating, and it can alas, result in some insomnia. There's nothing like kicking a project into high gear like a lovemaking session. My partner will typically roll over, but I will clean up, get dressed and get down to the workshop.

That's been my experience anyway!

Here Be Monsters
Is this what people are referring to when they tell men to use Kegel exercises to help with premature ejaculation and/or have multiple orgasms?

I, like Annalise Lane, also congratulate you on your achievement. As for myself, I don't care if I ejaculate or have an orgasm. Either will do so long as I can get back to the rest of my life and concentrate on the tasks at hand. Besides that, I'm also just happier than a pig in ca-ca to have either at any given time. :D
