Alright.. I've been thinking about this quite a bit.. and I've decided to move downtown.
I need to find a decent sized apartment down there, for a decent price. I've been looking at some, and they're quite pricey. Over 2 thousand and up..
Included utilities would help too.. if at all possible.
If anyone can help me find a place, I'd appreciate it! My current living situation isn't working for me, and I need to get out of here before I explode!!

Thank you muchly,

Sarah Belle

Why downtown? There are less SP's in Surrey and you've probably built a client base in the "burbs" and would have less competition in Surrey. Why not just move to a better place in Surrey?

Because I'd like to live downtown. I'll be within walking distance of all the shops, nightclubs, and other things.. I won't have to take transit as often, because everything is right there. I'll be close to a skytrain, the beach.. and so much more.. It's nicer in downtown.. in the more posh areas.. there are luxury apartments.. the people are responsible and high class.. I could go on forever about the reasons I'd like to live there.
I'd like to work there because I know I will do well for work there. It's not a matter of competition. I am one of very few highly reviewed BBW escorts. I don't have much competition as far as that goes, let alone downtown. I don't have an enormous client base.. and even the regulars that I do have, would be willing to go anywhere in the greater vancouver area to see me. It's not my location they come to see me for.. it's me. ;) Most of my clients aren't even *from* Surrey! Alot of them are in downtown.
I am only living in Surrey, because this is a place I was able to get on short notice. I'm not here for any other reason. I don't shop here, I don't play here, I don't do anything here.. I stay in my home, or I go to burnaby or downtown for shopping and other things. I would not consider moving into Surrey, for many other reasons.
Like I said, I've thought this over thoroughly, and I've decided that downtown is the best choice for me.
I wasn't asking for an opinion on whether or not I should move to downtown vancouver. I have already made my decision. :)

Congrats, Baby Belle

Your response is the most definitive and proactive post I've seen from you. You at last seem to know what you want and how you want to do it. My previous recollection was that your posts reflected uncertainty and a seemingly never-ending string of problems or emergencies. If IT has turned around for you, my congratulations.

Thank you big guy.. and thank you Mario, as well.

Big guy -- of course I'm uncertain about my life, and have problems here and there.. I'm 22! I'm still very young.. and it's to be expected when a girl is learning the ropes of life. ;)

I suppose I now know what I want, more than I did before.. I have changed a bit over the past while.. really gotten to know myself :)

Again, thank you both. I hope I can find a place! :)
If not, I can stay put for now.. but I'd much rather move as soon as possible.. got some interesting situations happening here!

Take care guys,

- Sarah Belle

Good on you Babybelle. Move downtown, its vibrant and alive, and much more convenient. I wish you all the best.

Eden -- I totally would, but there's not much demand for me there.. plus I LOVE Vancouver.. I couldn't bear to leave! ;) Thank you for the offer though..
If I DID get more requests to go to Victoria though.. would I be able to use the room when I visit? PM me if ya like.

Mud -- completely! I love downtown so much! I'm down there alot anyway.. living there would just make it so much more convenient! Plus there's a 24 hour grocery there, as well as 24 hour shoppers drug mart :D

^ Yeah I know.. I already had a look at those..

And John, she was talking to me.
Eden.. if only I was more established financially and such.. I could decorate your spare room and use it as my lil Victoria play pen whenever I came out there and stuff.. and visit often and all that..

Maybe someday, hehe :p

Yaletown's about $1000 - $1150 per month for 1 BR depending on how new the building is, amenities, and view.

My Coal Harbour apt is up for sale. PM me if interested. New building, 629 sq ft., full amenities, 3 blocks from Burrard Skytrain.

your mom says hi.
do you absolutely need to be in one of those high class luxury highrises? if no, then why don't you just "slum it" in the west end. it's not unheard of to find a nice one bedroom of decent size for just over 6 bills. i only pay 630 for my place and it's a roomy one bedroom. the only other bill i have for my place is the hyro, internet and coin laundry. i'm five minutes from english bay and five minutes from stanley park.

Try the beach tower, it is right one the corner of denman and beach, close to every thing. one bedroom is about $800.

Will you be living or working out of it? Or both? Maybe you and I should talk, perhaps we could work something out, that will work for both of us! PM me or we can discuss here and lets get this ball going, I can always come over to Vancouver and discuss this in person with you, if you would like. However not this weekend as I will be in Calgary. Let me know!
