Help me out here. If I sell something online and the buyer after receiving the product say in 6 months claims to his or her bank or credit card that the purchase was " not authorized" get their money back and can keep the product. That's has happened to me and now I am out the product, shipping plus fees from ebay and paypal.

I have found out that paypal, credit cards and banks do not enforce any laws to govern the return of goods once a refund has been made to buyer.

Sellers are covered if the purchase is able to be tracked online as delivered. However in my life the post office does not keep the info past 6 months and the tracking info is deleted. So instantly I lose my case.

There you have it the easiest way to cheat someone, wait till it can't be tracked by a carrier and than go to your bank and credit card and claim " not authorized" you will have no laws to govern a return of goods and its perfectly legal.

Screenshot the tracking info and keep the email notifications permanently?

Though FWIW my credit cards only give 45 days to dispute charges AFAIK.
