Best poon while you can.

Think this industry is going to be a bit quiet while our legal system deals with the new legislating in dec.

With video cameras in every apartment building it will be plenty on evidence confirming being present in a building.

Pooners will be risking SP's ability to threaten charging them with breaking the new laws unless they pay premiums.

I am not saying reliable SP's will do this but a percentage will play this angle.

Enjoy these last few months....

I don't think it is a sunset industry... unless the govt has also figured out how to spike the water supply with something to suppress sexual desire.

But, the industry will change as liaisons become more discreet and furtive. I would suggest that (for at least a portion of the industry), prices may actually drop initially due to the decrease in business and the risk on the part of the pooner. Remember, the govt. wants to abolish prostitution, and although they are hitting the demand side with Bill-36, they are hoping that the end result will be that the supply side will also dry up as a result of the drop in business.
I suspect the law of unintended consequences will come into play and it will play out quite differently from the govt. game plan.

Advertising will change. Locations may change in some cases. And we will be paying for time and companionship. Trying to ascertain what is paid for during a liaison and what is freely provided will result in some interesting legal debates.

I have asked this question before. Who is going to enforce the new laws, VPD? Doubt it very much. Where will the money come from to enforce these new laws? What prosecutor is going to want to proceed, not many, if at all. I think this is much ado about nothing, as long as you stay with the mainstream ladies, away from minors, late late night adventures and so on.

My opinion of this thread and some peoples reaction of Bill-36

as far as I am concerned, I have yet to break any laws under the current system

in a private setting what is discussed and done between consenting adults does not constitute a felony

not so sure with the new legislation if that would continue, not very keen to break the law irregardless of enforcement or ability to be caught

of course just my own perspective not that anyone else should have the same issues

just curious as too what others think the impact will be
