What warning? It`s a valid certificate, for www.perb.cc
I do see a warning about some not encrypted content, but that seems to refer only to a hidden chat link which you won`t click anyway.
I get an SSL warning too - if I type in .ca - which did scare me away when it first changed (I asked someone before proceeding). The warning says the address is not the one listed in the certificate and that there is no guarantee that https://perb.cc and perb.cc are the same site or that it isn`t a fake and harmful copy. It says stuff like "this is not the site you are looking for!" and "do not proceed!" (this is using Chrome)

True, it does that. No sure way around it unfortunately, we have to learn to use .cc. If the site is ever thought of breaking Canadian laws, the law enforcement might change the way .ca address work, say it could show a page by Ministry of Justice. At least in theory; say in US, FBI redirects some .com sites they don't like to an FBI warning page. But if we remember to type perb.cc, that intervention by Canadian authorities would be out of their current jurisdiction.
