Well this fine gentleman was having some trouble finding my place, and I have a 10 minute cancellation policy, so I called to let him know that I was assuming he's not coming and he started to call me all manner of colorful names - cunt, bitch, etc. He sounded like he was really winding up for a good one and he got as far as "I read about you..." before I hung up.
I am assuming he did not read whatever says that I don't take abuse from my clients. Behavior like that is really going to make me regret cancelling our appointment. Whatever shall I do without such a charming gentleman to accompany me?
