This "gentleman" started out quite friendly and polite, but as we came closer to booking - after a lot of back and forth discussion - I had reveal to him that since we had begun chatting my day had entirely booked. He was beyond furious. Called me typical and selfish. Said all sorts of incredibly rude things and told me he would find someone more grateful. Being a polite and concerned personality, I did try to right his thinking and explained that my days book quickly, etc. and that it was not my intention to have had this happen to us. I then became "arrogant and fake." Clearly, we can't please everyone all the time but his language and insults definitely indicate someone who might be on the edge if he's not pleased. Just the vibe I got from him - maybe I'm wrong - but a warning nonetheless.
