- I recall seeing a documentary of the early days of WWII in Honolulu where the US Navy's Pacific Fleet called home at the time (Pearl Harbour was a tough wake up call for them to move the fleet to San Diego). Anyway, there was a massive influx of young men into the Hawaiin Capital and the pooning demand was through the roof and there were not even 1% enough ladies to go around and satisfy all the horny sailors. Stephanie has offered the 15 min. service for well over a year and started offering it from a "modified" suggestion from a friend to create an appropriate time slot/service for those who didn't have the money or time or stamina for a 1/2 hr or full hr.
