She got hospitalized for almost a week because i had anal and vaginal intercourse with her. She broke up with me not long after that, Do you she was right to do so? When I think about how she got hospitalized because she got fucked by me in the ass, it still sounds funny to me. Am I a jerk?

Well if you went from anal to vaginal, with the same condom (or bareback) then you both deserve what you get...

You shouldn't laugh about that, but factually speaking unless you actually mean that you went from anal to vaginal, and she allowed you to do that - meaning she consented -

then it's her fault for getting a kidney infection because not only did she consent,

but she could have taken simple measures to prevent the infection from occurring -

which is to go douche after sex and wash up.... something every woman should do after anal sex regardless if there is vaginal intercourse after (because bacteria can still go into the vagina).

Besides, a kidney infection from ass to pussy is highly doubtful it could have happened because of physiology. Likely anyways that she had some other problem.

You're ignorant because you went from ass to pussy without changing the condom (or washing your dick if it was BBFS). And, you're an asshole for thinking her resulting hospitalization was funny. Your ex-GF is also ignorant for letting you do it.

Little girls are taught from a very early age to wipe downward rather than upward after peeing to avoid getting any fecal matter in their vaginas - it can cause infection. Penetration with a poop-covered dick is obviously a much higher risk.

Ask the Health Nurse http://www.smartsexresource.com/
I strongly suspect she was looking for an excuse to dump you and this came along
Getting an kidney infection from E. Coli via the vagina sounds implausible

i'm no doctor, but Urinary Tract Infections can indeed work their way up to the bladder and even the kidneys if not treated soon enough

e coli is one of the main causes of urinary tract infections. usually it's part of the normal flora in the gut and can be introduced to the urinary tract in many ways. in particular for females, the direction of wiping after defecation (wiping back to front) can lead to fecal contamination of the vagina. anal sex can also introduce this bacteria into the penis, and in switching from anal to vaginal intercourse the male can then introduce e coli to the vagina (wikipedia)

so the op might have had something to do with it, or not

In theory, yes. In practice, only on individuals who abuse their own bodies....in this case she would have had to ignore her painful urinary tract infection, not drink much water and allow herself to become dehydrated, abused alcohol, etc.

In theory she could also damage her birth canal from such activity....but that would only be likely with other health abuses combined.

add to your list ill-advised medication with antibiotics for other problems, and you've got a kidney infection looking for a place to happen

Unlikely. If so, the bacteria would have had to come from her, and it is far more likely that she would have infected herself on the balance of probabilities, since she would have been exposing herself 24/7 as opposed to the 30 seconds with the OP.
