Wanting to rent a new incall but having trouble finding a good furnished suite for a good price? Just moving to Vancouver or wanting a second apartment for when you do visit Vancouver? Buy everything you need to set up an incall or a new apartment, including linens/towels and cleaning products (including the 32inch flat screen mountable tv which was bought at the end of Feb new) for a grand total of $1400. (As I am posting something more than $1000 Fred_Zed has instructed me to make a donation to a charity and has said my posting is allowed)

Please note, do not contact me about selling the tv separately, I've already got a wait list of a dozen people that want it.

This includes the furniture below as well as a bathroom set (really nice I think), kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies and work linens/towels. You can pick up the items whenever you want but the absolute last moment is May 1st at 10am. Payment must be received by mid April however as I will not hold the items for anyone.

Whatever you don't want, just tell me in advance of May 1st and I will arrange to have a charity pick it up. I will not discount the sale price if you don't want something, this is a bundled deal, separately everything is worth a lot more (the tv itself was $550 with taxes! -- on sale). You may wish to just buy the lot and then sell off what you don't want as you will need a truck to get stuff anyway so might as well take it all.

Everything is at most 18months old except the bed. Many things were bought specifically for my incall and are only a couple months old. The bathroom set alone cost me $300. I really hope that selling everything like this can help a girl set up an incall that maybe was looking at the costs of furnishing from scratch and feeling unsure.

Main stuff Included:
- one plant, a lily, only accept if you don't kill them (like I do), poor thing has been through a lot, I want her to live!
- fold up ikea table in white http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/10125113
- 2 fold up chairs
- Ikea glass desk, see through with black flowers on it (this one hurts to get rid of)
- legs to go with the desk
- rolling drawer unit
- 32inch LCD flatscreen mountable tv (currently not mounted), with remote, cables, and in original box. Bought in Feb, has 12 month warranty
- 6'x6' Ikea black bookcase with lots of little shelves in it
- Black Chair and Ottoman (mostly for show, not super comfy)
- black coffee table, new
- black futon couch with 4 pillows and 2 black sheets to cover as covers are expensive (futon was CHEAP, like $150...looks nicer than that but don't be surprised if it doesn't last more than a year type of thing).
- small wood corner table with a vase and bamboo on it
- B&W picture of some woods
- small mountable wall shelf
- black fake wrought iron floor lamp
- 6 stackable shoe holders
- black Dresser...it's only a year old but the wood got damp at some point and the sides have bowed. Still looks fine but you have the be delicate with the drawers.
- bed and boxspring. Approximately 6 years old. This is a REALLY expensive set. I bought it from one of those discount warehouse "this is the last model available in Canada" type places for I think $1300, regular price was over $2500. The mattress is a posteurpedic extra thick mattress with a pillow top on either side. There ARE stains on it, so you'll want a cover. 3 specifcally I can think of: one from a pen leaking, one from a highlighter leaking, and some small things of blood...not sure what they are from. To be honest I think they are from when I fell down a flight of stairs and ripped my knees up pretty bad. (no bedframe)

Bathroom:
- Beige curtain with brown leaves
- one of those fancy mildew free liners
- matching soap dish, cup holder, and toothbrush holder
- 2 matching brown hand towels
- 2 sets of green towels for show (big, smaller on top, then face cloth on top of both)
- Green shaggy bathmat
- black garbage can

Kitchen Stuff:
- cutlery
- small glasses
- mugs
- bowls
- I broke all of my plates and all of my fancy glasses so these'll cost you $1 each at dollar store
- strainer, frying pan, bakewear
- fruit basket
- small 3 cup ricecooker
- food processor
- fancy expensive dehydrator (you should be able to sell this for like $150 if you don't want it, it is $350 new)
- one cup blender
- coffee grinder
- 1 shot espresso maker but beware it has no handle so you have to use a towel to grab it
- whatever coffee beans and tea I have left
- then pantry items which I can leave for you or take if you don't want, like spices, coffee flavouring, etc

Household stuff:
- Cleaning Supplies
- Broom
- Mop
- Vaccuum
- Dust Buster

Work stuff:
- Many bath towels
- Many very very soft hand towels for wiping bodies up
- a couple thousand tealights
- sheets

Misc:
- If you're interested I also have a fold up stool and a wooden easel which gives a place a nice artsy feel :)

Please PM, email, or text message me. Do not call as I am not answering calls anymore except from ladies who are already in my address book (calling for references, etc)

You may wish to snap a pic and post that. Just so some interested parties can see what the items look like.

If anyone is seriously interested they should have no problem coming to look...I should add that I am downtown. Unfortunately I can not post pictures of my apartment for privacy reasons (as in people who do not know I do this would instantly recognize my apartment and put 2 and 2 together), or I would have, definitely! :)

I gave good descriptions of everything though and everything is new. It's all very basic black stuff that can fit in with any motif.

I will email pictures to working lady's whom have enough of a reputation that I know they will not share...unfortunately I do not feel comfortable sharing with anyone else on the off chance they figure out who I am and make my remaining time here uncomfortable. Please understand.
