Fewer adverts?

Has anybody noticed there seems to be fewer ladies advertising at the moment. I like to check the ads in MMag but the selections seems to be less. No offense to those that remain. Is this a sign of the hard times? Maybe I should be looking in other magazines or on the web. I'm suspicious of CL. Where are the best ads these days? Thanks for any suggestions.

I hear it's expensive to advertise there and it doesn't cost you anything on CL. I would suspect it may disappear altogether as there aren't many people that read the paper anymore. It's yesterday's news and if you go online it's today's news. Sign of the times!

Yes I am afraid a cross reference between perb and just about anything works in fact you don't even need to cross reference anymore perb works.

although a cheap rub n tug with Dior or Jenny is always good value and easy to find with MM. Thats where I always get there # online don't kill trees

Thanks guys. Begins to explain things. Other than the perb listings what are the best online lists you've found? I've looked on CL but am never sure I've got the right catagories. Are the best listings under personals or services or what? Sounds a stupid question but I'm a bit lost on this stuff. I'm near Victoria so I suppose there would have to be some geopgraphical element to the link. Does anyone know of other online links for servcies? Thanks.

On Victoria CL, you go to services, click on erotic, then click on w4m.

You will find many of the well reviewed sps, and those who pay for advertising, also advertise there. If you are uncertain of someone's ad, call them up and talk to them. You cannot go wrong if you confirm rates, services, and personality with a voice-to-voice phone call. For instance, even tho she agrees to everything and sounds like everything is on the menu and at a low rate, you may get a bad vibe from how she is saying it or even her manners on the phone.

You can also do a quick review check to see if there is anything written up or you can simply choose to only see an sp with a review until you get a really good idea of what you like, don't like, and what you are looking to get from using this sort of service. (It's not like a date, and it isn't unlimited no restrictions fantasy porn star action either, so it is best to get some sort of realistic expectations firmly planted in your mind lol)

I think you will find that many use CL because of the lack of advertising available and its extremely high volume of viewers. A lot of sites focus on major cities and there isn't much point for an escort to pay for advertising on a site or newspaper that doesn't have a lot of traffic.

Thanks FO. I appreciate your help. Actually I've had a good amount of pooning experience over the years I'm happy to say. It's the use of the online adverts that is new to me. I've always relied on the printed ads. appearing in most cities. While in Victoria I've relied on MMag and it seems that the number of adult ads is diminishing. I wondered why that is. Are there now fewer providers? I understand that MM maybe expensive but that has probably always been true and many more providers still used to advertise. Is it today's hard times that has reduced the numbers? The drop off seems quite sudden. Is business really hurtin'? So I thought I'd turn to the online ads. and am grateful for the lesson. All thoughts appreciated. Perb is a good resource, of course. Maybe the site should be advertised on the back of buses to promote business in these hard times - lol. Better than CL oerhaps.

If you are used to the print ads you shouldn't have any trouble with the CL ads. Whatever you used to do to decide if you wanted to see the advertiser will work with CL, I think. I think the print ads are just getting too expensive and can't really compete with the free listings available online. I don't know what MM costs, but most Vancouver weeklies with no picture cost 50+ per week. If the sp also pays for online advertising or websites, etc, it might be just one too many expenses. Also I think in Victoria there are a lot who work thru agencies and mps, and so aren't going to advertise at all.
