hey,

i've been taking about 1400 mg of lithium a day for the last two years and have decided to stop taking it. i don't need it and it makes me urinate constantly among other things. i haven't been able to find anything reliable online and i quit seeing my doctor because he's a total jerkoff who doesn't care anyway. i won't be back to the city for a few weeks as i am in a work camp.

i stopped taking it maybe a week ago and haven't felt anything which only reinforces the opinion of my first pych who told me there was nothing chemically wrong with me but he was a bigger jerk than the last one. i don't sleep much and i'm prone to sudden bursts of rage but the lithium never helped anymore anyway. any help appreciated.
